BLASTR is a subscription-based platform that allows users to upload, schedule, and publish video content to multiple social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) from a single interface.

You retain full ownership of any video content you upload.
You grant BLASTR a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of service and community guidelines of each destination platform.
You must hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload and distribute through BLASTR.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BLASTR to upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise in violation of any applicable law or the policies of any connected platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

BLASTR offers paid subscription plans. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BLASTR is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or that posts will successfully publish to any third-party platform. Third-party APIs may change or become unavailable at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLASTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed posts, platform outages, or third-party API changes.
