Data Deletion

BLASTR gives you full control over your data. You can remove a single connected platform, or delete your entire account, at any time.

Disconnect a single platform

Open the Connections screen in BLASTR and choose Disconnect on any platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok). This immediately and permanently deletes the access tokens and profile data BLASTR stored for that account. Any videos already published to that platform remain on the platform itself and are governed by that platform's own policies.

Delete your entire BLASTR account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data — workspaces, connected accounts, drafts, video library, and posting history — do one of the following:

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Deletion removes your account record, all OAuth tokens, drafts, library items, scheduled posts, and uploaded video files held in our cloud storage.

Removing BLASTR from Facebook

If you remove BLASTR from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites), Facebook automatically notifies us and we delete all Facebook and Instagram data BLASTR obtained for that account. You can confirm the status of such a request using the link Facebook provides when you remove the app.
